The approach to planning this entertainment facility is to have transparency to and within the building. The building is set back from the street providing a buffer between the two. This space is used for various activities, like new product launches or bazaars. The building is constructed on a high plinth (accessible by both ramp and steps) to add grandeur to the structure.
The front of the structure is completely glazed to allow visibility from outside in. The facade top is used for branding, showcasing movie posters. The entrance canopy highlights the transition between indoor and outdoor space.
On entering the building, a grand oval atrium with a circular colonnade gradually comes into focus. This is surrounded by stores on its perimeter. The atrium allows visibility to the upper level containing the food court, kids zone and some more stores.
A set of elevators to the left side takes one up to the multiplex outer crush lobby. The multiplex inner lobby contains the refreshment stand as well as service areas which are located under the screens. Access to the four screens (where two screens positioned adjacent each other) is from this level. Total seating capacity is 520 persons. Toilets are planned at the end of the inner lobby. The projector room is located above the inner lobby.
